Landmark Real Estate & Investment, LLC, a boutique firm located in uptown Fayetteville, in the heart of the NWA metro, is the brainchild of our partners, who collectively have over 100 years of experience in all facets of the Real Estate Industry. They have been a party to well over $1 Billion dollars of private Real Estate transactions in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Alabama, Georgia, and Virginia.

We self-describe as not just a Real Estate Brokerage, but as a full-service marketing and real asset portfolio management firm. As members of the National Association of Realtors, and the Arkansas Real Estate Commission, Landmark Real Estate & Investment uses the copyrighted Arkansas Realtor Association Leases for all our rental contracts, both residential and commercial. Our rental applications and internal addendums are also Arkansas Attorney reviewed. We verify all prospective tenants through our comprehensive property management centric software, which accesses all major credit reporting agencies, as well as criminal and rental history reports. Employment and income verification is also confirmed as well as personal and credit references.

Landmark Real Estate & Investment sub-contracts all of our maintenance through experienced, highly qualified, insured, and bonded vendors. Depending on the management plan of your choosing, we pay for repairs and maintenance from the gross rents collected, unless otherwise specified. We contact you before expenditure or repairs exceeds a dollar amount you authorize when the Management Agreement is signed. If Management deems a repair an emergency to the safety of the tenant or catastrophic damage to the property, Management will forgo the standard protocol and contract the repair if we are unable to contact you in a timely manner.

All owners are able to log into an owners portal through our website at www.landmarkreipm.com and access your property records invoices, reports, balances, etc. We send out, or deposit on your behalf, owner disbursement checks on the 15th of every month.

Daniel Hawes - President | Accounting

With 14 years of experience in investment and income producing property, both as a broker, and as an investor himself, Daniel oversees all the accounting, reporting, and financial aspects on the business side. When the need arose for a professional management division within their Real Estate Firm, Daniel and Aaron decided to offer a dedicated professional management service to their investor clients. Daniel and his wife Chelsea live in Cave Springs with their daughter Amelia. They enjoy spending time outdoors on their family farm in Tontitown, watching the Razorbacks, and are active members of First Baptist Church of Rogers.
