No criminal background other than what Texas law allows
4 person maximum occupancy.
2 pet limit. $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet.
No Staffordshire Terriers or mixes of any size. No Terriers or mixed breed with any other Terriers over 15 pounds.
50 pound weight limit on all other dogs.
