Very cute 1-bedroom, 1-bath unfurnished tri-plex end unit in the quiet community of Tarpon Springs featuring 600 square feet of living space! Great location! Close proximity to many golf courses and beaches. Also located minutes from the famous Sponge Docks, one of the largest Greek communities in Florida, where you can enjoy fabulous dinners, plenty of shopping, an aquarium, fishing, or a glass-bottom boat ride. Clearwater Beach is only a short drive to white sandy beaches, where you can enjoy boating, sightseeing, swimming, shelling, fishing, or just watching the dolphins play.

Rent includes water (add $25 monthly to rent if you place a washing machine) and also includes trash and yard care. Great deal! Sorry, no pets or smoking.

Our general requirements are first, last, and security (security is same as rent) is required prior to move in (last month rent paid in advance is waived for 700+ credit score), no evictions within the last 7 years, suitable number of people for the home (in this case one person or a couple), gross monthly verifiable income of 3 times the rent, a good landlord reference, and have not started a bankruptcy. Ultimately, the owner decides whether to move forward with an application, but the above general guidelines are recommended.

Vista Bays unit 510 is 1355 sf and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is located on the 5th floor; not to worry, there is an elevator! You will have dedicated parking for 2 vehicles just steps from the building's entry. One space is in the underbuilding, with a tandem parking space behind it. Vista Bay has a heated pool, shuffleboard, and 2 tennis courts. The boat dock is being replaced, courtesy of Hurricane Helene! The dock should be completed by April 2026, and when complete, the boat slip will have electric and water.
