View our available rental properties, find a home that fits your needs, and submit your application online. Rental Qualifications Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum credit score of 500
- Gross monthly household income of at least 3× the monthly rent
- Favorable rental history and references
- Favorable criminal background screening
- Proof of renter's insurance prior to move-in
- All application information must be complete, accurate, and verifiable

Access your Rentec Direct Portal anytime to conveniently manage your account online. Tenants can view their account, make payments, submit maintenance requests, and access important documents. Property Owners can view statements, reports, documents, and property information.
