This housing option is grounded in a Unitarian Universalist mission for social justice. It offers affordable, accessible communal living for single household individuals seeking respect, stability, and connection. Whether you're far from family, have none, or are simply looking for a place to be yourself, this is a space to settle in and be supported.

Residents can stay for as little as one month or as long as ten years. However long the stay, my goal is the same: to provide not just a roof over your head, but a true sense of community-and the chance to build chosen family.

Bunk in female shared dorm, with shared ensuite bathroom and kitchen. Bills and wifi included. Public transportation from the doorstep and walking distance to the train station. All residents have passed background checks.

THE BED: You will get your own bunk bed, supplied with a mattress and mattress protector. Your bed will come with storage, closet space, and Amazon Fire enabled TV.

THE COMMUNAL SPACE: Entry to the property is by digital lock with everyone having their own PIN. There is Wifi throughout the property. There is a dining table and 6 chairs.

BATHROOMS: There are two bathrooms each supplied with bathroom tissue and cleaning supplies.

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY: There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge/ freezer, and dishwasher. Hand towels and cleaning equipment are supplied. You will also be allocated a dry food storage space and are free to use the refrigerator and freezer. The washer and dryer is free to use, just bring your own detergent.

PARKING: Parking on site or if all spaces taken then free street parking.

CENTRAL AC; is kept at 65 in the winter, and 75 in the summer.

OUR LOCATION: We are 13 miles from DFW airport and about a $15 Uber Ride to DFW car rental. The train station is within walking distance. Close to the groceries stores i.e. Cost Plus, and various restaurants.
