Sit on the covered deck & listen to the Savage Falls across the lake, letting nature create a peaceful escape. Try your hand at fishing & cast off the dock or take the kayaks out for a tour of the lake. Play games in the yard or wind down the evening with a campfire in the fire pit. The options are endless & the enjoyment is effortless. If you're wanting to bring your boat, the boat ramp is just a few minutes away & it's a quick ride to the Cabin where you'll be able to dock. Please note that the lake has motor limitations between 7PM and 10AM. This gives you time to enjoy the quiet and take in the views! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Upon booking being accepted, a valid Driver's License for the primary guest will be required. All guests will be listed on the rental agreement. No third-party bookings allowed. No Smoking.
