This unit's construction schedule starts from 7/17/26 - 8/10/26. SageWater crews will arrive at the property on weekdays beginning at approximately 7:00 AM to prepare for the
day's work. Work will be conducted inside the units on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For logistical
reasons, the team must coordinate work in your Unit with that in adjacent, above, and below units. As such, you
can expect SageWater's team to be working within your Unit at various times of the day. This workflow requires
crews to enter and exit your Unit multiple times throughout your scheduled workdays, so please expect this
activity. Minors may not be left alone in the Unit during work hours.
For units with a washer/dryer, please note that the washer/dryer will be removed from service in your Unit for
approximately 14-16 days. Also note that if the drainpipe serving the laundry is found to be significantly clogged
with debris, longer outages may be required.
