What's the difference between Long-term and Short-term rentals? Long-term rental leases are for terms longer than 180 days or six months. Short-term rental leases are less than 180 days and are subject to additional tax, i.e., transient accommodation taxes, currently 13.25%. When submiting a rental application, a copy of your photo ID and application fee ($30 per person) are required. If you are from abroad or lack a U.S. credit history, we may request additional information. Everyone is welcome. Note: We do not contract with minors under the age of 18.
