When Summer is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals she is either selling real estate or spending her time with her family. Summer has over 15 years of experience managing properties. She began with managing multi-family properties and branched out in to single-family homes and retail space. 

Summer Shelkey also serves as an Associate Broker for Keller Williams Realty where she specializes in listing and selling both residential and multi-family property in the Huntsville and Madison County Area. Summer moved to Northern Alabama in 2001 and has been licensed since 2002. Summer has also been very successful in the multi-family market and went through intense training in the commercial aspect of real estate while working as a national advisor for a commercial real estate company. Summer is self motivated and is appreciated for her progressive concepts and attitudes she presents.
