Homes

The units have 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a 2-car attached garage. All homes were constructed in 2002. Refrigerators, microwaves, Stove, Garbage Disposal and Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer hook-ups are in all units. Washer and Dryer are available if not included for an extra $25 a month. Also included is a fenced backyard area. There are three different floor plans to choose from. Square footage ranges from 1,350 to 1,390.

Condos

Condominium construction began in 2004, with availability beginning in August & later. Condos provide 3 or 4 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, a Private Patio & a 2 Car Alley-Entrance Garage. Refrigerators, Microwaves, Dishwashers & Washer/Dryer hook-ups are in all units. All rentals include yard mowing & heavy snow removal.

Leases

NewTown offers long and short term leases! However, annual leases are given priority. Month-to-month and short-term leases are strictly limited.
