Property Management

It is our responsibility to Unleash Your Property's Potential by providing full service professional property management and consulting services.
Property Evaluation:  Our thorough evaluation process includes analyzing current rental market trends.  We also assess your property's condition and offer recommendations for needed repairs and updates to maximize your property's value. 

Tenant Screening:  We provide extensive tenant screening including criminal, credit, income and employment checks.

Transition Survey:   A detailed Condition of Premises form is completed and digital pictures record the property at both tenant move-in and again at move-out.  We also conduct routine external and internal inspections to ensure your property is maintained.  All available means are used to hold the tenant financially responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. 

Rent Collection:  Tenants may make rental payments through automatic draft from their checking account, credit card or debit card.

Accounting Services:  We provide owners with comprehensive financial information about their real estate investments.  We provide monthly statements that are accurate, timely, and complete. Our experienced staff uses the latest computerized property management software that details revenues and expenses and allows you to simplify your tax return easily and accurately.  We also offer bill-paying services making owning rental property hassle-free.

Property Maintenance:  We handle emergency needs around the clock as well as routine maintenance requests including plumbing, electrical, sheet rock repairs, painting, carpet cleaning and appliance service.  

Evictions:  If a tenant does not fulfill their obligation or pay their rent, we will manage the Eviction Process at no extra charge to you for our services.  We have developed a streamlined process to avoid any unneccessary vacancy time for our clients.

Home Owners Association Management
Budget:  Preparation of the annual budget for approval by the HOA Board.
HOA Dues Collection:  Collect and maintain accounts on a timely basis in accordance with the rules and regulations.  Accurate accounting for all deposits made into the operation account.
Financials:  Financial statements will be prepared monthly and distributed to each Board Member.

Administrative Matters:  Keep in constant touch with the HOA Board on all matters pertaining to the community.

Service Providers:  Secure bids, as necessary, for existing services, such as lawn service, pool maintenance, painting, or any other services deemed desirable by the HOA Board.

HOA Meetings:  Plan and faciliate the montly and annual board meetings.

Sharon L. Brown, CPA

Sharon has over 10 years of experience managing properties. Sharon began managing her own rental properties, and shortly thereafter started SLB Property Solutions, LLC to bring her experience to help others.  When Sharon is not providing high caliber property and HOA managment services, she spends her time traveling, running and reading.  

Jade Jones

In 2016, Jade joined SLB Property Solutions as an Assistant Property Manager bringing with her 2 years of social media, website management, graphic design and various office duty experience.  Jade enjoys visiting museums in Washington, DC and tutoring elementary school students in her spare time.  Jade also has basic knowledge of French.
