This is a comfortable 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom two-story home. There is one cat already in the household and we will not be accepting other pets at this time.
I am friendly, hard working, hard playing, and a good chap, says my mom anyway. I work in IT and work regular-ish M-F hours. When not trying to be serious and do grown up things; I like to play video games, sports, and with my dog, Bellatwix.
Available room details are: 1. 20 x 15 master bedroom with own dual sink bathroom and large closet. 2. 10 x 10 bedroom with large closet and TV. 3. 9 x 10 bedroom with large closet, TV, and dedicated wifi point *rooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom and wall
All the rooms are upstairs, with the master south and backyard facing and the latter two north and street facing. The bedrooms are unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished. The two refrigerators and plethora of shelving space is up to the residents to decide on fair allocation and usage.
Rent is $1000 for the master bedroom, with a $45 monthly contribution to cleaning services for shared areas. Your room can be cleaned as well, if you wish, for an extra fee. Rent for the other two bedrooms is $700 per room, with the same cleaning fee and option. I offer a opt-in flat $105 for utilities. Alternatively, we can look at the monthly usage and divide equally then. I'm also offering an opt-in $35 amenities fee.This includes cleaning, trash, and laundry materials that are eco-friendly and supplied for you. I am trying this whole eco-friendly approach with household items and I encourage you to join if you'd like!
