Each adult (anyone over 18) that will be living on the property is required to submit a separate application. The application fee is $40 (non-refundable) per application.

Requirements for approval

All prospective tenants must meet all of the following requirements in order to be considered for approval. Prospective tenants must:

- have a credit score of 600 or higher.

- have no collections accounts.

- have no history of evictions, judgments, or bankruptcy.

- have no criminal history.

- have minimum monthly income equal to three times the rent.

Please note, all applications are subject to rental and employment verifications. Rental verification includes, but is not limited to: no history of late payments, no property damage(s), and no negative reviews from previous landlord(s).

Incomplete applications are subject to immediate denial. Incomplete applications will be required to submit a new, complete application for reconsideration.
