Karen Espinoza, Managing Broker US Army Veteran and US Retired Air Force spouse. Licensed in 2004, I began assisting buyers and sellers in the Middle GA residential market and have loved helping people find the perfect home to meet their needs. In 2013, I took on the world of property management and added it to my portfolio in addition to being a multimillion producer each year. Over the years, I have developed great vendor relationships for all of your home needs and have a wonderful reputation with both our landlords and tenants for customer service. In 2020, I decided it was time to start my own company, but due to the Covid pandemic waited until 2021 to do so. I currently manage between 30-50 properties at any given time.
