-Applicants must have a Social Security number and valid Driver's License/ID as background and credit checks are performed
-Maximum 2 adults and 2 children allowed; 3rd and 4th persons cannot be additional adults or children
-Applicants with prior evictions will not be approved.
-Move-ins on or after the 15th of the month require the following month's rent in addition to security deposit and remainder of current month
OTHER DETAILS:
-Newly renovated apartments will have white kitchens, recently renovated apartments will have dark cherry or maple cabinets.
-Water surcharge of $25/per person for 3rd/4th persons.
-No pets allowed; service animals and emotional support animals accepted with proper documentation.
-We do not participate in Section 8 housing or other rental assistance programs.
