Cari McCormack With over 20 years of experience, Cari has followed in the foot steps of four generations of family property owners and management. In addition, she is a licensed real estate salesperson and a community association manager. Throughout her career, she has made excellence a priority, consistently delivering an outstanding housing experience. Cari was the receipient of the 2005 City of Fort Lauderdale's Community Appearance Award recognizing her outstanding achievement in urban environmental design. Other achievements include being a member of Lauderdale by the Sea's Planning and Zoning Board, as well as serving on the Board of Directors of the Association where she has lived for the past six years. |

Mike McCormack MIke has an outstanding background in payment card systems, serving as an industry expert for the past 19 years. Mike lends this experience to Riverland by serving as the accounting and financial liason. Mike has brought Riverland Garden Apartments in the digital age, making significant changes such as account accessability for all residents, and acceptance of credit cards. Mike is currently working on ACH payment capabilities for rent payments. |

Caswell Dickson Caswell has been with Riverland Garden Apartments since 2015, serving a Maintenance Supervisor. His background is in corporate building maintenance. You will see Caswell's smiling face caring for the grounds or as the primary contact if you have a problem with your apartment. |

Mike Yadon Mike Yadon is the proprietor of MY Home Renovation Specialist. Although not an employee of Riverland Garden Apartments, he is a vital part of Riverland's Team. You will find him and his team around the property doing skilled maintenance, renovating apartments or other specific tasks. |
