Timothy As an Appalachian State graduate, Timothy has been involved in property management for over a decade. He got his start working on a maintenance crew before moving into the office to handle the financial and leasing side. Upon his graduation from Appalachian, he landed his first job working for a mortgage company in Charlotte where he purchased his first property. He brings his experience in the Boone rental market to High Cliffs Properties and works very closely with all tenants. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family and attending Mountaineer sporting events. |

Virginia Prior to becoming a North Carolina licensed REALTOR, Virginia spent over 8 years working for a top 10 global architecture and engineering firm as an executive assistant to the principal, managing client accounts in the southeast, handling collections, projection and vendors. She is HIPAA certified and a safety representative. Ginger brings her managerial expertise and award winning customer service to the High Cliffs' team. |
