At the end of the the application, a $15.00 application fee will be required per adult applicant and goes towards background/ credit checks. Please list all full and part time occupants, including children. We look for verifiable income that is a minimum of two times the amount of monthly rent, verifiable rental/ residential history, moderate credit, and no felonies nor evictions.
