One year lease required. Security deposit is $1,100. Rent is $1,100/mo. A nonrefundable move out cleaning fee of $300 is also required at lease signing. Well water included in rent, but tenant must supply their own salt for water softener. Lawn care, snow plowing, electricity/gas through Consumers Energy, trash removal, and desired telecom (telephone, internet, cable, etc.) utilities are not included in rent and are tenant's responsibility. Up to two pre-approved non-aggressive pets are allowed with an additional $150.00 pet deposit and $25/mo pet lease. Dogs and cats are required to be spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, and licensed (dogs) prior to move in. Highly recommend all pets meet all pet requirements prior to submitting an application.
At the end of the the application, a $15.00 application fee will be required per adult applicant and goes towards background/ credit checks. Please list all full and part time occupants, including children. We look for verifiable income that is a minimum of two times the amount of monthly rent, verifiable rental/ residential history, moderate credit/ financial history, and no felonies nor evictions. If you do fill out an application, please fill out every field in the application. Please make sure you list all occupants (including children and individuals who would only be there part time). Incomplete applications are the number one reason why applications are declined.
