One pre-approved non-aggressive pet is allowed with an additional $150.00 pet deposit and $25/mo Pet Lease. Pet is required to be spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, and licensed (dogs) prior to move in. Highly recommend pet meets all requirements prior to submitting an application.
At the end of the the application, a $15.00 application fee will be required per adult applicant and goes towards background/ credit checks. Please list all full and part time occupants, including children. We look for verifiable income that is a minimum of two times the amount of monthly rent, verifiable rental/ residential history, moderate credit, and no felonies nor evictions. If you do fill out an application, please fill out every field in the application. Please make sure you list all occupants (including children and individuals who would only be there part time).
