Requirements:

Deposit is equal to one month’s rent

Income =3 times the rent

Credit above 550 (We are mostly looking at what has been happening in the last two years).

No convictions in the last 7 years

No evictions in the last 5 years

No historically aggressive breeds.  Max is 2 animals.  $200 non refundable pet fee  Must provide pictures. 

Things to consider:

We will not hold a property for more than 2 weeks.

Deposit must be submitted to hold the home

You will need regularly scheduled yard maintenance.  This is most likely an active HOA community.

This is a non smoking home.

First month rent and deposit need to be delivered to our office in certified funds. After that you will be given an online payment method.
