TIM BROWN Broker Tim began his professional real estate career after a 28 year career in the USAF. As a Veteran, he understands the PCS process and that some folks that buy a home can't stay in long enough to break even selling, so he began helping other Veterans with managing their homes as rentals. This has grown over the years, but still maintains the value orf having a small business owner close to the house and involved in all aspects. We have learned to prepare houses to rent, to advertise and market to the best potential tenants, screen and select tenants followng all Fair Housing, HUD, and Texas criteria. We work with owners to maintain their homes in the best condition to get the best rent for the market.We aren't looking to manage hundreds of properties, we want to manage good properties well. |
