We are located across the street from the Tifton mall, providing quick access to restaurants and shopping, as well as easy access to the interstate.
  • Regency Apartments offers two- and three-bedroom apartments, with upstairs units and downstairs units, complete with washer/dryer hookups, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, plenty of storage space, and easy to clean vinyl plank floors that imitate the look of hardwood.
  • 2 bed/1 bath = $885.00/month
  • 3 bed/ 2 bath = $985.00/month
  • 3 bed/2 bath w/ exterior storage closet and stainless steel appliances = $1035.00/month
  • Security Deposit = Rent
  • Parking is assigned, with one spot guaranteed for two bedroom units and two spots guaranteed for three bedroom units.
