1) Read the Criteria for Residency above. If you meet our criteria, complete the following steps.
2) Have these three documents ready for upload!
*2 months proof of income, Self-employed applicants are required to provide a full calendar year tax return for their current business
*Copy of your Driver’s License or Government issued Photo ID
*Copy of Birth Certificate or Driver’s License for any Minor Occupants
*Also, Have your Social Security # available
3) Below, click on “Available Properties” and you will find our available apartments for rent. Click “Apply” on the apartment that fits your needs best. From there, completely fill out the application and pay the $40 Application Fee.
4) All Adults 18 and older living in the apartment must fill out an application and pay the $40 fee.
Once you’ve submitted your application, we’ll review it and get back to you within one to three business days.
