Charles Ulatowski

Originally from Michigan, my wife and I relocated to Florida in early 2005. It didn't take long for us to realize this would be our long-term home.
I became a licensed Real Estate Associate and property manager in late 2005. I am fortunate to work in a great location (Boaters paradise) and to work at a great established company that inspires us daily to service every client like they were our own family. I thank my success from the help of my past clients to keep my business successful and strong through their many referrals.
My goal in real estate is to provide the assistance needed for the buyer and seller to come together. I understand what is important to my clients. Buying or selling a home is a major decision; I want my clients to be satisfied with their purchase during and after the sale.
My ability to understand people's needs, and listen to their concerns is a paramount importance to me. My commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction allows me to achieve the goals of all clients.

Kristina Fisher

Kristina is a passionate Realtor about being there for her clients from the first meeting through closing and beyond.
Her clients praise her for her patience, understanding, and ability to soothe their fears and keep everything on track and running smoothly.
She’s known for clear communication, attention to detail, and client service that exceeds expectations. She knows the importance of being available to her clients from start to finish. Her goal is to make every client feel secure and confident throughout their transaction, and she considers it her privilege and her duty to answer every question thoroughly and to educate them about the process.
 She held customer service positions, including banking sales service, and in-house lending. She’s skilled in helping clients understand the confusing financial aspects of their transactions, and is happy to do so.
Today she takes great pleasure in helping others attain home ownership or sell their current house. 
Originally from Michigan Kristina and her family moved to sunny Florida in 2005 and quickly realize this would be their family's long-term home.  
When Kristina is not serving clients, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, going to the park, riding bicycles, and taking a yoga or spin class. She enjoys trying new recipes at home as well as exploring the great restaurants in the neighborhood with her family.

Kristina's service never ends with the closing. She’s always there for her clients, ready to answer questions or recommend a great and trusted service provider. She’s also happy to answer questions and assist newcomers as they settle into the community.
