Steven Leopold When Steven is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals he spends his time kayaking, biking, spending time with his wife and 3 children, and serving at his church. Steven has 7 years experience managing properties. He began with his own properties, and shortly thereafter started managing to bring his experience to help others. Steven quickly found there there were several out of state real estate investors who where unhappy with their property management. They couldn't get a quick response, they were getting charged for unnecessary maintenance, and they had very little control over the properties they owned.
