You must submit a complete application and pass initial income qualification for a viewing. Rent rate must be no more than 30% of total proof of income uploaded and submitted with application from all sources including any assistance/vouchers.

When applying, add an occupant with their name and birthdate for every person intending to live in the household including all minor children. Failure to add ALL occupants during the initial application will result in having to submit another application with everyone included, this will cause your application to move to the back of the line.

Applications must be complete with all required information. If a field can not be filled out, reasons must be provided. Any requested documents must be uploaded and submitted with the application for acceptance. Incomplete applications with no explanation may be declined.
