Monthly Lease/Tenant-at-Will; First Month's rent up front plus a Security Deposit Insurance Policy 5x the rent rate minimum coverage. Without Security deposit Insurance policy, IMMEDIATE First, Last, and Security Deposit required up front.
Renters Insurance policy also required meeting rental agreement terms.
Tenant responsible for all utilities other than water supply, sewer, and BAGGED household trash/recycling removal up to the quantity that fits in the city barrels weekly.
Background and Credit History Checks performed as well as calls to prior landlords and references.
