Rebecca Hill 

Rebecca Hill is a dedicated property manager who brings a strong background in real estate and contract loan processing to her work. Her experience in navigating the complexities of real estate transactions and managing loan documentation has equipped her with the organizational skills, financial insight, and attention to detail essential for successful property management.

In addition to her professional expertise, Rebecca is deeply involved in her community. She has spent years supporting youth sports programs. This allows her to foster teamwork, discipline, and confidence among young athletes.  Her passion extends to animal rescue including hosting spay and neuter clinics for her community. Her enthusiasm for service also extends to political advocacy on behalf of veterans, where she works to ensure that the voices and needs of those who served are heard and supported.

With her combined professional knowledge and commitment to community engagement, Rebecca approaches property management with both skill and heart. She is dedicated to creating positive experiences for tenants and property owners alike, while continuing to make a meaningful impact in the community she serves.

 

Jason Bellevue

 Founded RAF Property Management.  In 2001 Jason Purchased RAF Investment Services the parent company of RAF Real Estate and Management. He has 18 years of residential and commercial property experience that he brings to RAF Real Estate and Management. Jason has managed his own investment protfolio for over 15 years with buildings as lager as 120 units and as small as single family residences. Jason enjoys Saddlebred Horses and riding his classic Harley Davidson on weekends.
