Jay Silva

A graduate of the Kent State University business school, Jay Siva has multiple rental units across Cleveland. He owns QwikFix since 2016, and has been managing his own portfolio of properties since 2012. He has spent the last 15 years travelling the world as a senior management consultant where his job was to turnaround large operations across multiple industries by implement process improvements projects. He understands the relationship between quality, speed, and service delivery. With a civil engineering background at the University of Las Vegas Nevada, Jay is always attentive to details and best practices. An avid student of the trades, and the real estate industry Jay is always ready to help you make the best return on your property investments. He was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brasil and has been making Cleveland his home since 2008. Jay is also licensed real estate agent with Howard Hanna. He speaks fluent Portuguese and Spanish. 

Manny Madera

Manny is a master carpenter and an expert in drywall and plaster finishing. When Manny is not engaged in top of the line remodels thru the QwikFix company, Manny spends his time maintaing the value of the rental properties managed by QwikFix. His work is of the highest quality, as well as speedy and reliable. He loves what he does and he has been doing it for over 25 years in the Cleveland area. 

Malkeyo Jackson

"Keyo", as his friends call him, has over 20 years of experience in remodellling, and maintaining commercial and residential properties. He is a great teacher and has helped countless folks to improve their trades. He divides his time between working on full remodels and ensuring our landlord's properties are well maintained. His experience in project management is extensive - which is a perfect fit to ensure the turnaround time between tenants is as short as humanly possible.

Mr. Earl Hopper

Earl is the granpa of our company. He is an experience plumber and all around handman. A true teacher of the trade - Earl was Jay Silva's mentor in learning multiple trades. Earl expects nothing but the best of his crews and he is always ready to help. As Earl slowly comes back from some time off he looks forward to continue to add value to the organization and of course to our landlord's bottom line.
