About Us

Why we do what we do?

We are owner operated working directly with our community. We always start where we live.  Giving back to where it hits home.  Making a difference and inspiring those in need is our fuel to strive to be the best. Being a part of improving your community is important to our business.

How do we do it?

It all starts with aquiring homes.  We focus on distress homes that we can purchase and improve to make an impact in our community. Turning vacant or distressed properties into a home for a family is what its all about. We offer housing to qualified renters or renters displaced due to housing shortage. We also offer housing with tenants that carry a section voucher or similar subsidy.  With the rental market booming many landlords to not accept / prefer tenants with section vouchers and subsidy.  We help fill that void by accepting tenants with vouchers.

What do we do?

We offer rental units throughout Minneapolis with a personal management team.  We opereate in a small business style while striving to cater your needs when it comes to a rental.  Upfront expectations and how we operate so there will not be any surprises.
