After years of being landlords and dealing with tenants, Father and Son team have opened PRIME TIME MGMT. The management company that makes it easy for everyone to become a landlord.

We will help you purchase your investment property as well as handle all the work that comes with it. Renovations, Tenants, Maintenance, Insurance…we handle it all.

Ronnie Wachsler

When Ronnie is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals he spends his time on his motorcycles. Ronnie has 20 years experience managing properties. He began with his own properties, and shortly thereafter started PRIME TIME Management to bring his experience to help others.

Sigal Micheal

Sigal joined Prime Time Management in 2014 bringing with her 13 years of commercial property management experience. When she is not in the office reviewing the expenses, she enjoys reading and watching TV Shows. 

Roy

Roy recently joined our team as head of Marketing and Advertising. When his eyes are not glued to the computer screen, he is running around the city looking for properties. 

AJ

AJ is a recent graduate from City University of New York with degrees in Accoutning and Finance. When he is not in the office crunching numbers he is propably at home sleeping.
