Laura Jones Laura Jones has a passion for real estate and for helping others. She says she became a REALTOR because of what real estate has meant to her family and what it can do to improve the lives of others. She believes that EVERYONE can be a homeowner and that it is a privilege for her to help that dream become a reality. Originally from Arkansas, Laura has been a Texas resident since 2002. She served our community as an educator for over 20 years, and has her Bachelor of Science from Henderson State University, a Masters in Education from Midwestern State University, and an Educational Leadership and Superintendent Certification from Stephen F. Austin University. Throughout her many years of working in the education system she developed a deep appreciation for the difference that a stable home can make in a child’s life and future. Laura has a son, Cooper, and is married to a US Navy veteran, JJ, who is also a REALTOR with Preferred Property Management. Laura and JJ actively invest in the local market and have a portfolio of rental properties that they manage. In her spare time you will most likely find Laura at one of her son’s sporting events, long distance running, or reading. She and her family also enjoy traveling, watching sports, and battling at just about any type of board game. Laura has a heart for helping people and goes above and beyond for her clients and her team. Whitney Troy
Whitney Troy's passion for helping people and her meticulous personality are what make her so effective when it comes to serving her clients. JJ Jones Raised in southwest Arkansas, JJ settled in Lufkin, Texas following a career in the US Navy. He is a local real estate investor who loves numbers and enjoys helping investors achieve their financial goals through rental property. JJ has a BS in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and has a diverse background in sales and operations, currently working in the tech sector as a global business development manager. He is married to the head Broker for Preferred Property Management, Laura Jones. JJ and Laura love everything real estate and enjoy traveling the world as much as they can. |
