Chris Gadway (co-owner)

Chris is a US Coast Guard Veteran and Past Firefighter. When he is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals he spends his time motorcycling and tending to his tomato plants. Chris has over 15 years experience managing properties. He began with his own properties, and shortly thereafter started Property Management of Southern Maryland to bring his experience to help others.

Julie Gadway (co-owner)

Julie was a past Volunteer Emergency Medical Technician with Dunkirk VFD and current member of the BPOE. Julie is the Financial Guru of PMSOMD. She has helped build the company over the last 15+ years into the Premier Property Management company in Southern Maryland. Not only does she take care of all your account ledgers, but she also provides you with all your tax prep paperwork regarding your properties. Julie also enjoys Motorcycling and spending time with her Grandson.

CJ (Home Technician)

CJ is our go to trouble shooter. he drives more miles than any other employee, constantly on the move. On weekends when not working (this is property management after-all), CJ can be found on the river or the bay, fishing, crabbing, or just plain floatin'

Blake (Home repairs and Maintenance)

Blake earned his Eagle Scout as a teenager and has continued his path of excellence over the past decade. As a past volunteer firefighter and EMT, he then went onto build his mechanical knowledge and skills through the help of national names like Peterbuilt and AAA. Blake now lends his troubleshooting and repair skills to you.   

Robert (Home repairs and Maintenance)

Robert brings decades of handyman experience to PMSOMD. While having an extensive background in Law Enforcment and Courthouse Security, Robert is great with his hands and knowledge of home mechanics and operations

 Lola Gilbert (Southern Regional Manager)

Our treasured "Jewel" and "Wealth of Knowledge" is Lola. With nearly two decades of managing rentals in Southern Maryland, she is our residents go to person for making sure the right things get done with respect and within a reasonable amount of time.
