Cheryl Cheryl is a real estate agent and investor, and manages her own group of properties. A native Toledoan, she is one of the founding members of the LLC. She bought her first property in the Toledo market in 2014 when she moved back from NC to be closer to family. When Cheryl is not placing qualified tenants into rentals she spends her time reading, working on house projects, and meeting with other property investors. |
