Hands on Owner - When an owner wants to handle the day to day tasks, such as collecting rent, enforcing rules, repairs and such jobs. These owners are most interested in the renter finding service, where we find them a suitable renter who will sign a one year lease. We do a complete background check, which includes not just relying on a credit report. We check with credit, criminal background and watch lists. This is a one time per renter fee.
Fulll Service - We handle all aspects of managment and the owner receives a check each month with an itemized billing. We do tenant screening, handle all mainteance requests, enforce property rules, and pass on savings to the owner by doing in house repairs instead of calling contractors for easy to moderate jobs. We will even handle lawn care for a good price that is added to the rental price if the owner wants. All aspects of service are set to the owner's preferrences, such as repairs costing more than a set price are cleared with the owner before proceediing.
