We offer well-maintained mobile home lots for lease at an affordable rate of $300 per month. Domestic water is included in the rent. All residents are required to pay via ACH autodraft for lot rent, and payments are due on the 5th of each month.
As a 55+ community, at least one resident of each mobile home must be 55 years of age or older. Homes are for single-family use only and are limited to no more than two permanent residents. All prospective residents must undergo an application process, which includes income verification, landlord reference, and a background check. Pets are welcome, with a limit of one small pet under 20 pounds per home. All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than six feet and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
Mobile homes brought into the park must be approved by management and must be kept in good repair. This includes intact skirting, unbroken windows, and operable vehicles. Visible damage or disrepair may result in a $10 daily fine until resolved. The park provides lawn mowing services, but tenants are responsible for trimming around their homes every 30 days and managing leaves during the fall season. Unauthorized lawn watering is subject to a $10 daily penalty unless prior written approval is obtained.
Community rules are designed to maintain a peaceful and orderly environment. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Trash must be stored in covered containers and set out for Friday pickup-no overnight trash is permitted. Only visitor vehicles may park on the street; resident vehicles must be operational and parked on designated surfaces. Boats, RVs, and trailers require approval for storage. Improvements to lots, such as planting trees, building structures, or installing satellite dishes (limited to 33" x 24"), must also receive written approval from management. Washing machines are not allowed inside homes, but on-site laundry facilities are available. Open burning of any kind is prohibited.
