We welcome you to our properties.  We have owned and managed our properties for 25+ years.   We are a husband and wife team dedicated to providing attentive property management.   We live in Boulder.  We take pride in our properties, remodeling and updating the units frequently.  If you are a tenant looking for a well-managed, responsive and reliable landlord all at a great value, you will not be disappointed. 

We offer studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and 3-bedroom units that are well maintained so that you can call it home.  

Our office and retail space is usually rented and turnover is low; but on the chance that we do have a vacancy, we strive to provide a great environment.
