We bring over 30 years experience to the property management division of our firm. We have several  Certified Residential Specialists that make up our team, and what makes us so different is our owner-centric approach to property management. Of course we are fair with our tenants and strive everyday to make sure all of our rental units are well maintained, but we manage the properties to maximize the returns to the property owners. 

We understand the business from the owners perspective, becuase we own many rentals as well.  We can help with acquisition, maintenence, rehab, repair, rental and resale. We can help investors add to their portfolio or increase the profitablity of their existing one.  We do this through efficiences in our systems, and a much lower overhead, passing the savings on to our clients.  Fees start as low at 5%. We feel so strongly about our tenant screening process that we stand behind it 100%.  If a tenant we select does not remain in the property for at least one year, we will replace them for FREE.

Ray Daniels

When Ray is not placing new high quality tenants into your rentals he spends his time kayaking, camping, scuba dving and traveling around the country and many places around the world. John has over 23 years experience managing properties. He began with his own properties, and shortly thereafter started the Property Management Division to bring his experience to help others. He has always strived fairness and cost effective approaches to all of his businesses.  Ray learned the lessons of getting the most for your money and never paying more than you have too early in life and that philosophy is clear in the property management side as well.  As an owner of many rental units over the years he quickly learned that not all companies are created equal or charge a fair rate.  Check out our services and fee structure, we compare it to any company in the Metro Atlanta Area.

Josh Daniels

Josh has worked together with his father for over 10 years, buying, selling, remodeling and renting properties for his account and for others. He understands the importance of being responsive, available and client focused.  When he is not working he enjoys sports cars, scuba diving and video and digital photography.  The love of his life at the moment is his too cute Beagle, Toby. 

Marsha Capland

Marsha enjoys travel, and a good book. On weekends when not working (this is property management after-all), Marsha can be found tinkering around the house, keeping up with friends and family on Facebook and reading a good book.  Marsha handles all new client and new tenant processing and manages property repairs and maintenance.
