Mullins and Associates LLC has been established since 2009. We are based in Norman, OK (Home of The University of Oklahoma) but have properties in Lawton, OK as well as Las Vegas.  Our properties generally consist of three bedroom/two bath single family homes and condos.

Scott Mullins

I have lived in Oklahoma since 1976 and the last 24 of which have been in Norman. I am a Registered Financial Advisor and received a Master's degree at The University of Oklahoma.  In my spare time, I follow OU sports, investing and am on the board for The Epilepsy Foundation of Oklahoma.
