Some of our properties allow pets, while some do not. If the property you are applying for allows pets and the pet is approved, then there is a $100.00 per pet, per month charge for the entirety of the lease.  Tenant will have to maintain monthly pest control with a local company throughout the lease along with keeping the pet current on all shots and monthly flea/tick medication.

Insurance companies have updated their policies to include the following breeds of dogs that are not allowed, should one of these be discovered on the leased property, it will be terms for immediate eviction: German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Doberman, Chow, Keeshond, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Great Dane, Akita, American Bulldog, Beauceron, Wolf Hybrids, Caucasian Mountain.
