Designated Broker - Shannon Klinge I jumped head first into real estate in 2004 in the Denver metro area. There I served in administration between a construction firm and two different prominent brokerages. It gave me perspective as to what it takes to run these operations, fine-tuned my skill set and learned from some of the best in the industry. After fixing and flipping a handful of properties I left the snow behind for sunny Arizona! I had the opportunity to work along a custom home builder and developer and soon found a passion for creative investing and began specializing in property management. Recognizing the support and care doesn't stop when you sell the home. Owners need help designing, renovating, finding tenants and turning those clients into future homeowners so the gift of ownership never dies. We partner with our clients to build credit, expand portfolios and to utilize the infinite banking concept to gain financial freedom. I currently serve on the Planning & Zoning Commission for the City of Cottonwood, where I've elected to raise my daughter and build a future with the love of my life. Stay tuned! We'll be announcing the new location soon and unrolling our commercial division! We're growing and will be hiring through 2024. When not immersed in all thing's real estate, you'll likely find us enjoying the great outdoors! |
