   Barbara Mertz, Broker/Owner

Barbara has over 30 years of experience managing properties. She started her real estate career right here in Colorado Springs with residential sales.  She acquired rentals of her own and over time shifted her focus from sales to management.  She started Mertz Property Management in 2012 to use her experience to help others with their investment properties.  When she is not placing new, high-quality tenants into your rentals, she spends her time tending her gardens and chickens and camping with her husband throughout the state and region.

Gus is our tireless office assistant, cheerful greeter, fearless protector, hiking buddy, and part-time chicken herder.  He turned 11 on the 4th of July this year.
