Max Management applications can be applied to any available property within 30 days of applying. The application will still need to be reviewed and approved for each property separately. You will only need to pay the fee once. We require an application fee of $30 per person over 18 who will be living at the property. This covers the cost of the background check to ensure no felonies, evictions, or bankruptcies. NO Aggressive breeds are allowed in properties only small pets under 15 lbs are allowed in select properties with a $250 non-refundable pet fee plus an additional $25/month. For a list of Breeds allowed please call our office for more information. It takes 2-3 business days for an application to be processed and then it will be approved by the owner. When an application is approved the tenant has 24 hours to place the deposit to hold the property. The tenant can hold the property for up to two weeks.
