Max Management applications can be applied to any available property within 30 days of applying. The application will still need to be reviewed and approved for each property separately. You will only need to pay the fee once. We require an application fee of $30 per person over 18 who will be living at the property. This covers the cost of the background check to ensure no felonies, evictions, or bankruptcies. When an application is approved the tenant has 24 hours to place the deposit to hold the property.
