7) Applicants may be required to submit a bank statement to match pay stubs.
8) Self-employed applicants must submit 2 most recent bank statements.
9) All applicants (regardless of pets) must submit an application at
maverickrealty.petscreening.com
*** An approved applicant must be able to take possession and pay prorated rent within 14
days of an approved application.

Tenant is responsible for electric and trash service, water service is provided.
Gross income must be 2.5x rent.
Any evictions or real estate related debt and/or utilities in collections will be a denial.
Pets on a case by case basis.
