Here some general information:

- The application fee is $ 45.00 (non-refundable).
- We are pet friendly (no more than 2 pets for apartment).*
- Water / sewer and garbage services are included in rent.
- If your application is approved, you have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and pay the first rent and security deposit.
- Security deposit: 1 month's rent**

* We charge a non-refundable Pet Security deposit of $200.00 for 1 pet and $100.00 for additional pet. Monthly pet fee ($40.00 for 1 cat, $50.00 for 1 dog, and additional $20.00 for any additional pet)

Documents needed to apply:

- Copy of Driver License
- Applicants must have verifiable monthly income from an employer equal to or greater than 3x the monthly rent. Verification can be in the form of pay-stubs or recent bank statements.
- Judgements and evictions from any previous landlord are considered bad credit and may result in a denial.
- Tenant must have renters insurance at least $100,000 in liability coverage

** A higher security deposit may be requested if there are negative items on your background or credit report.
