We are a family run business, with a focus on caring for our tenants and our properties.  We bring with each of us unique backgrounds allowing for a solid property management approach.  With our bases covered, we aim to bring a friendly approach to property management and positive experiences with our tenants.

Sam Doerhoff

Seen zipping around town showing clients apartments, and solving helping connect owners with tenants, Sam has been around property management since he was an infant.  Raised by Helaine Miller and Mike Doerhoff in Fulton, MO, he has a rich history of managing properties and real estate knowledge.

Ethan Bonet

The resident tech guy, Ethan helps keep things moving with project management tasks as well as making sure our computers and email are up and running.

Gabrielle Bonet

Making sure that things are always looking fresh and up-to-date, Gabrielle helps guide our design decisions when updating properties. She bring with her an eye for detail and a spirited attitude for making things look awesome!
