Rony Grobman / Broker - CEO

Rony started his career as a production manager for an automotive industry in Peru. He moved to the US in 2004 and became a Real Estate Agent focusing on investment properties for foreign clients participating in hundred of real estate transactions. In 2018 became a Real Estate Broker and founded Marjo Realty Co. as a Real Estate and Property Management company. With over 35 years experience in managing businesses, Rony constantly seeks the perfection in all processes and keeps up to date with the new trends in the industry and incorporates them in the company’s operations. He studied Industrial Engineering and Business Management in the Universidad de Lima in Peru, and is also a self-taught person in other fields. He loves classic & sports cars and is member of some sports car clubs in the USA.

Joseph Grobman / Property Manager - Business Development

Joseph joined the team in 2020. As a Business Administration and Marketing graduate, his roles in the company have developed from Realtor to Property Manager and now he is spearheading the Business Development sector. During his downtime, you can find Joseph playing soccer, working on his BBQ skills, or at the dog park with his Aussie Doodle Khali.

Lissette Ludmir / Property Manager

Lissette has over 16 years of experience in the property management business. Her journey began by managing 250-300 unit buildings in different cities in Florida. While doing so, she got her real estate license and began to work with plenty of investors. At this point, she realized there was a big market for property management and that's where she branched off into her own brokerage and property management firm along with Rony. Aside from work Lissette loves donating her time to various charities and community service activities as well as going to her favorite pilates classes.
