Kim Paterick

When my own daughter needed a place to stay while attending college in Milledgeville I decided to find a property for her to live in. We ended up buying a four unit building and hence, started the rental business. I personally work to make sure the properties are comfortable and in working order. I assist first time residents understand their responsibilites as a tenant and help make the process as easy as possible. My other job includes "flying the friendly skies" and working part-time as a nurse.

Rob Paterick

Rob's roll in the company is strictly advisement. He has worked for a major corporation for over 30 years so he knows the process for making things happen. He also steps in to help with repairs and doing the heavy lifting when needed. His plan is to retire in a few years and will become more involved in the daily operation of KRiBS-Ga. We couldn't do this all without him, but we try. I try not to give him any more work to add to his already overloaded schedule.

Savannah Harrell

After the first property was purchased it become apparent that we needed someone to take care of the properties that was local in Milledgeville.  Now Savannah is the go-to person for all paperwork, property viewings, and last minute rental payments. She relates well to the college crowd and advises on what properties are most suited for our clients. She is great at getting our clients their paperwork, assisting with background checks, and marketing to our clientele. She is an Environmental Science major at GCSU, but I think she has a future in property management.

Blake Harrell

Blake is the "B" in KRiBS. His roll is to listen and learn. He is the youngest member of our company. He is also being groomed to replace his sister should she leave Milledgeville. He assists in the financial responsibilities by helping manage expenses and income analysis. He also helps by lending his truck to haul stuff to Milledgeville.
