About Us

KMLK Property Management was formed by Anthony and Laura Fraser in June 2023.  Anthony and Laura moved to Ohio in 2020.  Laura grew up near Medina, Ohio.   We have over 20 years experience in Real Estate Sales and Property Management.  We specialize in working with investors to purchase residential real estate and small/medium multifamily properties which are then managed by KMLK Property Management.

Areas we provide property management services:

• NE Ohio with emphasis on Cleveland, Akron, and Youngstown Areas.  
• Serving Cuyahoga, Mahoning, Medina, Summit, and Trumbull Counties.

Anthony M Fraser, Broker/Owner

Anthony joined KMLK Property Management in June 2023 when he and his wife Laura Fraser formed the company.  We also formed KMLK Realty which is our real estate company.   Anthony's interests include working on his tractor, walking his german shepherd dog, and spending time with his adult children.   

Laura G Fraser, Realtor/Owner

Laura loves to work with 1st time homebuyers.  She has lots of experience working with investors and managing rental properties.  Laura's is a huge animal lover and has dogs, cats, goats, and sheep on our property in Medina, Ohio.  Laura is the mother to 4 adult children who are in college or have recently graduated from college.
